Hi there! My name is Ece Anderson.
I help people heal and thrive in times of uncertainty and transition. As a householder, wife, mother, practitioner and a global citizen; I live my own share of the ever increasing pace, complexity and systemic problems we get to live with in this day and age. My dream for us all is that we find health and well-being within and without as individuals first, so we have a chance as a collective to co-create a world that allows for all of life to flourish.
What does it mean when the ancients have said “as within so without”?
How does our every day reality come into being from moment to moment? And how should any of that inform my everyday life as a doer, a wife, a mom? These are some of the questions I’ve been holding and I’ve found I am not alone.
My purpose is to help you demystify your process of transformation and awakening.
Through New Human I hope to share my two decades long journeying and research on the process of inner transformation and awakening to our full human potential; while contributing to an emerging narrative of human flourishing as opposed to human survival.
I believe that deepening our understanding of who we really are, how we transform and what informs this transformation is not only essential to to our own growth and living a life we actually love, but also to our evolution as a species here on Earth.
Some of my Education and Training
My background ranges from business to yoga to sustainability to consciousness development and multiple healing modalities. My studies in human potentiation and evolution are always on going with one training or another. Finding a way to integrate it all and make it available to more people seems to be my main job going forward! I hope that you will find the perspectives I hold valuable.
